Please remember to bring your Photo ID.
Two #2 pencils
Disaster kit with the following items:
Personal protective equipment
10 pairs of exam gloves (non latex) per competitor
Protective eyewear - goggles or safety glasses
2 mask (of competitors choice)
Helmet and work gloves (may be simulated or verbalized)
Protective footwear (sturdy shoes or boots, may be simulated or verbalized)
Tourniquet - HOSA will provide a tourniquet, or the competitor can provide their own
Bandage scissors or medical shears
Patient tags (note cards) and pen or marker for documentation and labeling treatment of areas if needed
Alcohol based hand rub for hygiene
Clipboard or spiral notebook (optional)
